I felt like this was a well-made phone mount and it definitely accommodated my iPhone XS Max however shakes way too much for me. My old holder was much steadier. Now I have the brace stuck to my dashboard and I'm afraid to move it. Just because it didn't work for me, it might work for others but I'd suggest waiting to add the brace until you're sure.**UpdateI’m adding 2 stars because the company’s customer service went out of their way to find a solution for me. I’d feel good about recommending giving this holder a try knowing they stand behind their products.

I have had other phone holders like this one. But this one seems sturdier. I like the no slip back on the holder and the support that holds the arm is a good size.

I've only had this unit in place for a week, but it seems stable and unlikely to fall off. We'll see once the summer weather comes in a few months. What I like best is that the long, bendable neck allows you to install the unit in a variety of places so that it's at a perfect distance for your needs.UPDATE: A few months after installing the mount, the suction mount fell off the window and the adhesive piece fell off the dash. It's not easy to re-mount, but I got it back up there, and it stayed for several weeks and then fell off again.

I like this one more, I can put it out of my driving view, but still see my GPS directions. Love this, great price, & great product.

I have been through many a mount and this is what I have been looking for all along! Suction Cup is a one time solution, no issues there! The mount that would be glued to dashboard works without having to glue it to the dashboard at all. the arm rests just fine on it and the weight of the arm holds the mount in place. The phone easily slips in and out of the holder and is placed where ever you are most comfortable viewing it!

I bought this product in April. Based on my honest experience, it works great so far. I am satisfied with its quality and price. So, I decide to write a review for this product. The suction cup fell down one time when the temperature in or outside of a car is very hot. The clamping arm is sturdy metal. It is flexible to adjust. The important key that makes this product works for me and not falling down often is a small triangle that helps supporting the clamping arm. I will definitely buy this product in the future.

Probably one of my favorite purchases so far on Amazon. I have bought and tossed so many different car phone mounts because they didn't suit my needs and this one is perfect. Looks great, durable and holds steady even though I only placed the base and didn't actually stick it to my dash since it's leather. Will buy another one for my boyfriend's car.

This thing is sturdy! So sturdy that it’s actually really hard to bend the arm. While that’s a tiny bit frustrating when initially setting it up, I appreciate the fact that this thing is NOT going to break. Suction cup works well. I have some concerns with how tightly my phone fits in the holder, but so far so good. Much better than the cheap, flimsy holder I used to have that attaches to the vent.
