I can use it in an array of applications and it does the job well. The trigger has a lock button, which is nice. It is truly a slow start machine and doesn’t jerk me when I’m in odd positions detailing boats. The fact that it is cordless makes it that much easier to use. Where this machine is lacking is the backing plate. The backing plate that comes with it breaks pretty quickly. I always keep a spare for that reason. It does not affect how I feel about the machine, so I still say it’s worthy of 5 stars. Overall versatile, a manageable weight, and an overall good machine. I retired my other one the moment I got this Milwaukee.
