I purchased this item with a concern that the material of the cover may not be as described and could be cheap/flimsy. I purchased this cover to replace another similarly priced cover that lasted less than a year in Florida's climate. I was pleased to open this item and see the material appears strong and has a chance to stand up to the Florida heat/rain. Not giving this item 5 stars, because I have no idea how long this cover will actually last.

This cover fits our 30 x 30 fire pit well. Has a cord to tighten on the bottom, which I like. The quality is average...this is definitely not a heavy duty cover. Extremely light and thin material. I thought of returning it, but needed something to cover our fire pit quick before the weather changed. This was the 2nd cover I tried...the 1st one was heavier but came with tears and holes already on the inside of the cover so I sent it back. I have not taken it off to see how it holds out through the rain and snow. We will see

This is better than the cover that came without fire out because it can cinch around the bottom, but the quality may not last too long. I am very careful when we put it on and off because it feels like it will catch on the corners of the fire pit.

Less than two months in and already super faded. I do not expect this to last more than 1 or two seasons. Bunjee does not evenly cinch all the way around, so it does not get as tight as I need it to, and the wind picks it up and pulls it off. I had to start keeping a heavy plant on it at all times to keep it from blowing off. It is quite water repellent though, and does a good job at that.

I purchased this item about 3 months ago and waited to write a review. I wanted to test it out before I leave feedback. The material is actually good quality and made to last. I use it to cover a fire pit that is under a pergola (sunlight still gets in). I live in Florida and it rains about 2 days a week. Its held up great so far. The only thing I would make note of is the string at the bottom to tension is a little tough to tighten. That would be the only improvement I see. This is not a paid or sponsored review.

Maybe would be great for a larger fire pit as it is extremely big for mine. I still have it on there though. Water resistance but thin material. Hoping it holds up. Will update during the colder months.

Little big but it withstood 90+ mph winds, rain, snow, and ice.

Very light weight. But it does fit over my fire-pit and protects it from the elements.

Cheap. Not waterproof at all, paperthin. Would never order this product again
