Bought the Totoro-themed socks as a gift, and they're cute but disappointingly small, even for ankle socks. I made the mistake of believing the reviews that insist the size was fine, but no way are these "one size fits all". Without stretching the material, the heel is only about 5.5 inches from the tip of the toes. They might fit a women's U.S. size 4-6... anything larger than that would be a real stretch, so these are best for little kids. They are too small for my 12-year-old who's almost in a size 8.

I bought 2 of the different sets offered with cats on them about 5 months ago. I've been wearing them almost every day and considering how cheap these are I'm very pleasantly surprised at how well they've been holding up! Every pair is still intact no holes yet. Amazing.I generally wear a size 8.5 in athletic shoes and an 8 in all other shoes/boots and I think if I had a bigger foot these would be too small. My feet are somewhat narrow - if you have wider feet you'd probably have to wear smaller than an 8 for these to fit comfortably.They are pretty low rise (come up about halfway up my ankle bones) but not so low rise that they slide down when I'm wearing shoes. They stay in place very well. They are thin but not TOO thin and quite soft! Overall I'm extremely happy with these and plan on buying more as soon as the 10 I have start to wear out!

I LOVE these socks and will be ordering more! I know the reviews were a bit confusing since they sell multiple sock designs. I purchased the 5 no show socks with the cat faces. They were true low ankle socks and fit perfectly for my 8.5 size foot. I will be ordering more of these!

Love these socks. I give these types of novelty socks to my children now and then because they love Totoro. One child is an adult size 9 and the other a size 7 1/2. Both claim the socks fit comfortably and not tight. Who needs a tight sock? Very soft and not cheap with strings all over the inside. These are real socks. Conversation starters for sure!

These socks are comfortable and soft. I am a size 9-10 in socks and they fit fine. The colors are fun--peach, pastel blue, gold, etc. And I love the cute cat faces all over the socks. Of course, because I am a cat lover.

Very cute and clever. I wear a size 10 shoe and these fit just fine. The image of the cats doesn’t distort when I put them on. These socks don’t feel thin either. I liked that the socks have the cat breed on the bottom of the foot too.

Once it arrived, it was actually more adorable than expected!NOT super cutesy that only those overtly sweet..that can almost give ya a cavity! ..can only wear. [I shall digress..].I had to wear them right away, took off my OTHER TOTORO SOCKS.. and wore these to physical therapy!They were comfy (not too tight in any way)!
