I took this in conjunction with another stim free workout supplement for about 3 months. I would have some each morning. I am not sure, but it seems this product was responsible for a reduction in appetite. I say this because after I ran out I had an appetite increase. I can't say which product is more responsible for my weight loss, but I will be buying again and maybe an updated review that is more credible. I give four stars instead of five because this product is so potent that if I inhaled it in the slightest, it made me cough. I noticed slight throat irritation after drinking some days as well.

Don’t believe that the price reflects the value of this item. I have been taking 2 scoops in the morning with 8 ounces of water and it doesn’t really feel like there’s much increase in natural energy. There isn’t any stimulants in it so that helps.

Great price for the amount of serving sizes. Bought for my husband because he had liked this in the past, but says he doesn't feel it's effectiveness as much as he had previously
