After the power is turned back on, it will remain as it is.

The power adapter lead is about 1.2meters.

Q: Would this work with a usb switch?

Dear Customer For stable operation of USB devices, we recommend that you connect the RSHTECH RGB USB 3.0 Hub directly to a PC or other device. If you connect the USB hub to a PC via USB Swith, this will weaken the transmission signal of the USB device and may cause problems such as interruption of the connection.

Q: Will it supply the power from mains to the connected devices if the hub is not connected to the computer?

If I disconnect the feed from the computer into the hub and power on a USB drive connected to the hub then the power light on the drive does light up.
