I am using this strips for the last 3 years now. It's good for those who have sleep problems. Tablet form is waste so better to take this oral dissolving strips for fast action and love it's mint flavour.

My experience: I bought Setu Sleep Restore Melatonin 5 mg as i was suffering from insomnia and day time drowsiness (extremely affected my college life btw, wasn't able to attend classes properly).First Day: After half-an-hour, my body felt relaxed as if alerting me to sleep, just after that i felt my body moving, it felt like an earthquake (but this is the moment when you go literally switch off!), so when you feel this, stay calm (no need to panic), you will sleep peacefully.The very next day, i felt kinda low, but focused (helps with ADHD), you wont feel drowsy anymore.The next night when i used it, i got the same body moving sensation but it felt like as if a real earthquake occurred, and so i came out of bed and i didnt feel sleepy anymore (so when you get the tremor sensation) just let it be, thats when you go switch off (it alarms your body to sleep).The nights after that were all zzz.P.S - (The most funniest thing over here is that i always end up waking up at exactly 6:46 lol!Though there might be days when you might wake up earlier)

On sleep front , it does a gud job .However , I used it for a month or soAnd developed tummy related digestive issues .I stopped a while back and tummy issues resolved .Though it was kind of weird but when I googled online , it says this cud b a side effect .Pls consult yr doctor even though it is easily Available online .

It's paper mint nothing else no melatonin for sure. Reason why I am saying this it's because I have been trying this alternate days so everytime I have taken this paper strip I was wide awake did not get any sleep... And the day when I take meloset I fall asleep in 30mins right after taking it. So clearly setu is a bogus scam minting money by fooling people.

Good as soon as I go home from my night shift I take one of these and within 30mins I get sleep

If you want it to work on your system, you will have absorb 3 strips and then you will get sleep. Very mild melatonin like most of the Indian melatonin available in the market.
