the book is for my course and it's all perfect

This book is a great tool for a HIM Quality class, however, I have to use it at home I cannot take to class because it reeks of cigarette. It seems as if half the book was dunk in cigarette water. It smells horrible! And it impregnates in the air. Needless to say, I have not been able to use this book as I would have liked to in class.

I like the format of this book, which makes it easy to read. The content is straightforward and keywords are bolded. Overall great book for students learning about health information management.

I got this book for a college class taught by the author Patricia Shaw. It was a very good class and this book helped me learn the concepts associated with quality and performance improvement in health care. I bought this and will keep it because it will be a good resource in the future.
