SpectracideTerminate Termite & Carpenter Ant Killer, Localized Control Termite Spray, Kills Wood-Destroying Insects , 1.33 Gallon (RTU Spray)

I've never left an Amazon review before this but I was so impressed by the results of this product that I had to leave one. While I don't have a termite problem, I bought this bug killer as a precaution. However I do have a spider problem and I kinda knew that there were roaches hiding somewhere nearby but this bug killer really uncovered just how many.Sprayed this bug killer all around the perimeter of my house late in the evening and used half of the container doing so for no other reason than to be thorough. Spray nozzle works great, the hose extension is a super useful feature and the holster makes it easy to put everything away. Found some spiders that I blasted in the face with the poison and while this product doesn't kill them instantly on the spot like some other products do, this product will still take them out guaranted. This is most likely a feature and not a bug as perhaps the manufacturer intended for the bugs to spread the poison to each other this way.The morning after I applied the poison, I found several dead black widows all shriveled up in my front and back yard as well as more roaches on their backs than I'd like to admit. Since declaring war on the bugs on my property I think I've finally found the best product to do the job.Apart from that, imo, value i got out of my purchase is definitely worth the price i paid. The stench of the bug killer is not too strong unless your really concentrating your application of the poison in one area.

This product took care of our carpenter ant infestation underneath our cottage with just one application! Better yet, we had enough left over to spray around our garage and to spot treat multiple ant hills in the yard. We even used it to treat a wasp nest on our pump house with quick results! The spray hose mechanism is battery powered and easy to use, with a steady stream of liquid that didn’t clog or drip! There was no smell after application and it dried quickly! Great value and very effective! I highly recommend this product and will be keeping some handy at both our house and cottage!

The carpenter ants are dead. However, the sprayer pulled loose from the container and won't reattach. I probably will try a different brand next time.

Love, love this product! We had some ants coming into our house after rain, so we immediately bought this after reading a lot of reviews. It's really easy to use. You just have to follow the direction and sprinkle the solution onto the spaces that ants appear a lot. It doesn't have any color or smell, which is perfect for us. Most importantly, it is very very effective. After a day, we noticed that all ants in the space are killed, and we didn't really see other ants appear for at least a month. It rains really heavily in our area, so we reapplied the solution to keep the ants away. But overall really effective, and great value for money. Highly recommend this!

Works immediately!!! We have never used this product before. We returned home from vacation to find termites on a wall in living room. I wondered what was I seeing. I went to Google and realized that the mass on an area of our living room wall was flying termites. I nearly lost it. But Amazon saved the day!!! I searched for insecticide with great reviews and came across this one. It killed them on contact and continued to be a great pest control even outside of the house. We did not detect any smell. Quality great. It also kills ants.

Spray isn't very steady and took a very long time as in 5 full minutes of holding the trigger before anything came out. I recommend wearing gloves when opening the flip top as product splashed ontonmy hand. Was more then enough to coat my 1500 sq ft foundation, shed foundation and coop foundation as well as a couple small hills I found on my property. With at least half a bottle left over. As for if it works it will update once I have time to notice.

I have had problems with carpenter ants for years and have tried many products including Spectracide dust but this spray beats them all. It does not kill on contact but eventually the ants died. It comes in a 1.33 gallons plastic container with a sprayer ready to use. It was easy to use and the sprayer did a great job. The sprayer runs on batteries already installed when received. There was no smell. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has problems with insects in and around their home.

Maybe it's just user error, but I had most difficult time putting the attachment in the bottle. I was so frustrated i just poured the solution onto the surface, which was outside. However, it did get the job done. Will I purchase again? I sure will!!
