so they say. I take the Rx label off the bottle and affix it to the baggie. Never been searched or questioned, so I don't know if it would pose a problem.

These bags are made out of the same material that sandwich baggies are. Rubbery plastic. The ones I bought are small (3"x2") and I use them for pills. I would think they can keep moisture out. Although you may want to double wrap to be sure.

Bag size is 3x2.75 inch. It will depend on size of pills or capsule. But its good to carry as much pills you will need for a day.

Q: Are they easy to open? Offset ( one side higher than other)

Yes, they are relatively easy to open. These pill bags have been such a pkeasure ti use while traveling. One side is not higher than the other, but the lip is wide enough that if you bend it slightly it is easy to grasp the opening. I hope this answers your question.
