I love this
I used to borrow the one at work but I finally decided to get one for myself, and I am sure glad I did. The machine has a nice choice of fonts and other assorted embellishments which I haven't tried out yet. I only wish it didn't use so much tape on the margins, even after adjusting them to the smallest size, but I guess that is to reduce the chance of the tape jamming. I usually print several labels on the same tape with just a space or two between each one (I just have to cut them apart with scissors) and that reduces the wastage.I like that it has the option to plug in to the wall or use batteries, which makes it portable. It came with a sample tape cartridge, which was nice. The split backing makes it easy to expose the adhesive and the tape is repositionable on plastic in case you mess up applying it, or change your mind later. The only con is: if I misspell or make some other sort of error I can't move the cursor back and fix it; I have to backspace until I get to the error, which erases everything so I have to type it again. I also have to backspace to the beginning after printing my labels, to clear the field in order to make new labels. There is a "clear" function but it wipes out your programming (font, size, margin choices, etc.) as well as the text.Small price to pay, when it's so handy whenever I need to make a label.

The multiple copies feature is stellar, simple to use
My favorite labelmaker of many over the years. I love that it will print multiples of a label, that makes it easier much of the time. It's also possible to set it up so it doesn't waste as much tape, unlike earlier editions. It takes a bit of trial and error. I also like simple easy to use things. All the bells and whistles just make it harder to use. It is smaller than the more complicated ones. The display is a little light is the only down, but the rest all adds up to five stars. I just got another for my office. I've had it for nine months and use it often. Never had a glitch.

The Organization Hero I Didn’t Know I Needed
This Brother label maker has been a total game-changer. I use it for everything — from kitchen storage to school supplies — and it’s honestly made staying organized so much easier. As a parent of a child with ADHD, clear labeling has been a lifesaver. Now they know exactly where things go, and there’s less frustration for both of us. Bonus: it’s actually fun to use! My only wish is that it made bigger labels… but maybe that’s a setting I haven’t figured out yet.

Great little guy
Delightful little machine. I've been having a blast labeling random stuff. You'll probably want to keep the manual because it has a sample of all the fonts and frames and icons available.Note that it's meant to be a desk device - there's a different model with the same capabilities if you're looking for something handheld, but I can't remember the name. Personally I have had a great time using this one in my hands anyways.

Very handy, but, can easily be better.
Works well for what it does. But, could easily add essential features with the proper programming. I'd recommend adding vertical printing, A full set of fractions by 64ths, Super/sub script function for each font/style your using, more electrical/mechanical/computer/trade symbols, and a chain print ruler (both forward and backward with or without a zero center). Also, the available frames are mostly decorative and not functional. There was one frame with a <<_____<< format, but no corresponding >>____>> to go with it. Why not? There is so much potential here. It's a good machine that's being wasted. But, I'm still glad to have it.

What a great label maker
I love this label maker. I like it’s capable of printing two lines. Labels are thin and strong will stick to anything. Ink prints and doesn’t smudge. Relabeled our electric panel and it looks so good and clear as to what breaker turns off what. I will definitely buy again and will recommend to family and friends.

Just what I needed in a value label printer
Does one or two lines, quick and efficient. Bought a power cable to save on batteries. Also bought none OEM cartridges and they seem to work great too. All my file folders are labeled and much better than my handwriting. Good purchase for quick jobs.
