Hi, can you tell me why there are no English language instructions included. This omission made me concerned that the product was fake.

I posted a negative review of this product a while ago as I hadn't received it but the fault ended up being with Royal Mail and not the seller and so I am reviewing again as I don't know how to edit my original post. When it came it was just as advertised so i can now recommend it.

The product works good with my hair. Although the color from roots gets washed away with 2 washes.

Only good if you speak foreign! 😉
Instructions all in French, Italian and Dutch! 🤷🏻♀️ It’s a different packaging to normal, too, but the dye works.

If it's your natural hair colour then you might get a bit of a lift (using 30vol or 20vol peroxide) and a coppery tone.
