Good Points 1. Takes a double duvet cover or a large bath towel easily.2. Nice and quiet.3. Small and portable...has carrying handles.4. Does a much better job than hand washing.5. Easy to fill with hot water.6. Nice hose for letting water out but it is very flimsy.7. Price...great value.Bad Points 1. Plastic housing smells like bad fish when in use...must be the hot water releasing the smell from the plastic.2. Hose supplied to fill washer was worse than useless...far too small to fit on my tap...I just wedge it under the tap and fill directly.3. Spin dryer container is so small it is worthless unless you want to spin a sock at a time...I have a spin dryer so not a problem. All in all it is a great washer if you live in a small flat and don't want a plumbed in machine.

Spinner not the greatest
So my machine broke memory board and 2 week wait 🤦🏻♀️ 6 people and a trip to the laundrette £40 + later and a shock to the cost that I could really buy 2 machines with the amount of trips it would take to the laundrette so I bought this little gem to keep washing down . Wow love it can take alot of washing and washes really well although the spinner not great but luckily I have my mams 20 year old spinner so I’ve placed them side by side at the back door , fill it up with my hose wash spin drain fill again rinse spin done . I empty water out the back door so patio is getting a good clean . Nothing like doing it old skool plus it’s cheaper on electric might just keep this for laundry and when big machine is fixed just use it for bedding and large items x

Dangerous
I bought this for my flat with having no space for a regular sized washer, it sits nicely on the worktop, I followed all the instructions, the wash went well, drained quickly and easily into the sink via a drop down tube, refilled for rinse, that went ok, drained OK, put the small rubber basket in with a few small items for the spin, set to 3 mins on timer and it started to spin dry, I went into the living room and had to quickly return as I could smell smoke, which was coming from the machine, it had quickly filled the kitchen with smoke, I switched off immediately and unplugged it, after the smoke had cleared I had a look at the machine but couldn't see how it could have had any problems, it just doesn't seem to have the power for a spin dry, I have sent it back and got a refund, I wouldn't recommend this as it is dangerous and could have had been life threatening and set the flat on fire, avoid at all costs! Had to give one star to complete review was going for no stars!

Not bad considering
So I have used it for nearly a year now and once you learn all the tricks, it works great. Here are the things I've learned:1. Buy a new hose as the one included is plastic and comes apart when filling it with hot water. There are plenty of metal ones here on amazon.2. Buy washing nets to wash everything in it, not just lingerie or delicate things. The way the spin works it ill rangle everything up and stuff comes out frayed and pulled.3. Do bra clasps, zips and buttons up. Otherwise it will catch on other things, making holes.4. Do not use a powdered washing detergent as it foams up like crazy, liquid is better and only about 1/3 of what you would normally add to a standard machine5.run one 15 minutes cycle to wash then run 3-4 6 minutes cycles to rinse. That way it gives it a good wash and rinse. Change water every rinse cycle.6. Spinning- even though you can spin bout 2-3 things at once i recommend only about a 1 kg of wet clothes at max and flatten it so it covers all of tge bottom of the spinning drum, othereise the centrifugal spin will jake your jachine fly away.7. Machine will shut off during spinning, not sure why, but I guess the motor can handle it.8. If you can invest in a small spin dryer. Much better than this.I use it twice a week to wash clothes only and towels, bedding goes into a big machine.Overall I'm happy with it as it's not bad considering the price.

washes clothes well
Have found this little washtub to clean clothes perfectly. Easy to use, easy to transport. Decided it would be quicker to fill the tub with bowl of hot water & detergent rather than use the rather flimsy fill hose but also because it was quicker option. As I have a separate spin dryer do not intend to use the spin dryer function. Read review which indicated the spin dryer function is not terrific. Obviously the size 3 kg wash decides the load to be washed. On my first go I washed a bath towel 3 pairs socks a tea towel & tee shirt. All came out very clean. Obviously I could have returned the soap water to the tub after extraction by the spin dryer, in order to do a second wash, but I was just experimenting and will do that next time. Yes you have to empty via drainage hose to receptacle, bucket, bowl whatever, but not a big deal really. Am happy with my purchase and hope it lasts!

Does the job
Had it for a few days now so: I can barely lift it dry, so I would never set it up on the floor, but then again i do have myotonic dystrophy so it may not be a problem to normal people. I fill a bucket then tip it in. Since I need another hand to hold the lid open I just put a funnel In the filling hole and use that. You need a marker or a bit of tape to mark the fill level, you can just about see it from inside but it's close to invisible from outside. Do not use loads of laundry liquid! A couple of table spoonsful! You're not washing pairs of jeans and winter tops. I might do a gym towel, and it got a gout of blood out of my wife's uniform (she's a nurse), but its small. The spin drying is useless, wringing stuff out and hanging it on the shower rail (I don't have a garden) overnight is more adequate.EDIT: it will wash one pair of jeans, or one winter top at a time.
