The 1st thing is, they are so cute, who can resist a gummy bear.They are very tasty, just don't eat them like sweets - only 2 a day!Much easier to take than tablets, no glass of water needed, just pop in your mouth and chew.I am a nail biter (I know, I know, i should stop), because of this I have brittle nails.since I have been taking my 2 gummies a day (2 weeks to date) I have noticed my nails are growing stronger and faster - maybe this will stop me biting them as they do look nice and white. Toe nails are also looking good.Hair - this is harder to quantify. But as they are making a difference to my nails they have to be making a difference to my hair. I have thick hair, might be easier to notice if you have thinner hair.These are ideal for anyone who wants to improve the condition of their nails & hair the easy way

I’ve used similar “hair, skin and nails” gummies before to get some extra nutrients that my other general supplements don’t offer. These are by Charava, a brand I’d not heard of before. They come in a plastic tub with screw top, and you get 60 gummies in total. The brand suggests a daily dose as being 2 gummies, so that would make the tub last 30 days. At £14.99 at the time of writing for a months’ supply, that makes these pretty average for such supplements.What I really like is how cute and colourful they are. Anything to make taking supplements that bit more appealing is good with me! They’re teddy-bear shaped and light blue-green in colour. They don’t really look quite like the bears in the brand’s images though. They’re not translucent or quite the bright blue colour either.They’re blueberry flavour, as you may expect from the colour. They chew nicely and don’t have any chalkyness to them as some do, with a sweet fruity flavour that I quite like and grew to like even more after a few uses.These actually go above and beyond some similar hair-skin-nails supplements given the nutrition they offer. Alongside biotin, zinc, folate and iodine, they also include things like calcium, B12, B6, inositol, B2, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Vitamin A. The strength of each is quite variable but it’s worth checking alongside anything else you take so you don’t overdo any particular vitamin. For instance, Vitamin D is quite low so I take these alongside my regular Vit D supplements, but the B1 and B2 are quite high on the daily recommended % so I’d skip additional B vits while taking these personally.The gummies are gluten-free and 100% vegan, so should be suitable for more people. I can’t see anything about animal testing, so I’m going to hope there’s none involved in the making of these, especially when they claim to be vegan.All in all, while these seem a tad different in appearance, I’m pretty pleased with these. Good nutritional value all contained within cute little bears that taste lovely.

Taking vitamins can be a bit of a pain but thankfully gummies have made things easier and quicker and often tastier than traditional vitamins.These gummies are focused specifically on hair, nails and skin. You'll likely have to take them longer term to see full results. But the quantity within these gummies are pretty good and will likely be doing something good for you.You take these two at a time once daily, so this pack of 60 will last 1 month, which isn't too bad.The flavour is decent, it says blueberry but I'd say it's more generic soft fruit flavour.You'd have to look over the vitamin ingredients to ensure you're getting what you're looking for, but generally this pack covers the most important vitamins you'll be after, especially for hair and skin so if you're looking for a decent vitamin selection and easy to take gummies then this is a decent pack.

My wife has been taking biotin for a while as she has long hair and long nails and would like to keep them strong and healthy. Biotin is an ingredient that is reported to have beneficial effects for maintaining the health of nails, skin and hair. She has noticed her nails appear stronger and less brittle these days. Her hair seems healthier too.Taking tablets can be a bit of a chore and she sometimes forgets but she looks forward to eating gummies as they are tasty and as far as she is concerned, they are less likely to be forgotten as a result. These are a nice fruity flavour and at 2 a day they should last a month.
